Each of our services can be offered as training seminars, half-day and full-day workshops and team offsites. 

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is our primary consulting service.  This two-day leadership team offsite is targeted at intact teams and is designed to rapidly addres the Five Dysfunctions and to lead teams in making significant improvement in their cohesiveness, alignment and teamwork.

Often our clients request continuing Team and Leader Coaching as a follow-up to this two day offsite.  This usually varies by client need and engages our consultants in one-on-one coaching, team meeting facilitation, and strategic offsite planning and facilitation.
